This carbon shipyard for racing yachts comes from Italy and, according to the recorded data, builds America's Cup boats and foilers. Two model ranges are on record, the Persico 69F Foiler since 2018 and a custom racing yacht since 2010, both up to the present day. The lengths run from 7 to 30 metres, and the sums insured are correspondingly far apart.
Custom builds and small series can be insured. For the rating, the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the sail area and the cruising range count, never the brand. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online, and above that an individual assessment follows, with the agreed value and the limit of indemnity coordinated separately.
Anyone who races will find club races included from Basis-Plus upwards. You state races with scoring status when taking out the policy so that they are expressly part of the contract. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and indemnifies with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
