With the Alen 305 there is a single recorded motor yacht range, built from 2004 to 2011. For boats from this period the agreed value is the essential point: it is agreed when the contract is concluded and paid out in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
Since production lies in the past, a clean schedule of engine, electronics and equipment matters. The premium follows the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range, not the name on the transom. Anyone already insured has the previous policy cancelled free of charge through our switching service.
Besides collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, limited hull cover applies to fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage.

Frequent questions
From what sum insured is an online policy no longer possible?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy is taken out online. Above that we examine each case individually, which applies to motor yachts such as the Alen 305 just as to all other types of boat.
Does cover also apply at night in the harbour?
Yes. Cover also exists in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the road.
