So far one model range is recorded, the motor boat STAlight Barrique, built since 2019 and up to the present day. No further model ranges are available. Small numbers are no obstacle to insurance cover, because small series and self-built boats can expressly be insured at NAMMERT.
At the beginning stands third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, selectable in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. The full hull cover builds on this and covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, settling claims according to the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation.
A newer motor boat often moves between water and trailer. The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium, and the cover applies during craning, during launching, on the transport route and in winter storage. The premium is based on engine power, value, year of construction and cruising range.

Can boats from very small production runs be insured?
Yes. We accept small series and self-built boats. For the calculation, type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range count, not the number of units built.
Does the trailer have to be registered separately?
The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. There is also cover during launching, during craning and on the transport route, as well as in winter storage.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
