Between the end of the season and spring, many a hull stands ashore longer than it lies in the water. For Clippercraft one model range is recorded, the Matilda, built from 1973 to 1981. Cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and in transit, without your having to agree anything separately.
There, limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, the theft of the entire boat and damage arising in winter storage. Anyone who chooses full hull cover is additionally protected against collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard.
Because production ended in 1981, every Matilda today is a used boat. The current value would be a poor yardstick, so we work with an agreed value and pay with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). In the Premium tariff this waiver applies without an age limit.

Frequent questions
Does the insurance cover damage during craning?
Yes. Craning, launching, transit and winter storage are included. You need no additional agreement for that and no separate notification at the end of the season.
Which perils does limited hull cover carry ashore?
