Two motor yachts are in the programme, the Shelter Island Nomad and the Shelter Island Runabout, both built since 2005 and still in production today. Whatever electronics and equipment are on board belong in the list attached to the contract, because the agreed value reflects the value of the boat together with its equipment.
The full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. The limited hull cover applies in the case of fire, storm, lightning strike and the theft of the entire boat.
Both ranges have run continuously since 2005, so the years of construction in the portfolio vary accordingly. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be concluded online, above that an individual review follows.
