Two motorboat ranges are in the programme, the GT 700 and the Speedster 653, both built since 2019 and to this day. With boats of this kind much of the value hangs on the drive. Theft of parts including the outboard is part of full hull cover at NAMMERT and does not have to be added separately.
Beyond that, full hull cover covers collision, grounding and vandalism, in each case on the basis of the agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). Limited hull cover applies in the case of fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage, outside the season as well.
For the premium the type of boat, value, year of build, engine power and cruising range count, never the brand. The boat trailer is included at no extra premium, and cover also applies during launching, during craning and on the transport route. There is no time window and no night clause in the hull cover.

Frequent questions
Is the outboard covered in the event of theft?
Theft of parts including the outboard belongs to the scope of full hull cover. Theft of the entire boat is already covered by the limited hull cover and is included without an additional module.
Does cover also apply at night in the harbour?
Yes, in the hull cover there is no time window and no night clause. Whether under way during the day or at night at the jetty, cover runs without any restriction in time.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration
Registration from 3 hp; for trips abroad carry the boat certificate or flag document.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
