The limit of indemnity in third-party liability determines how far cover carries when it matters. Three model ranges are recorded for German Globe Yachts: German Globe 15 m MS, German Globe Yacht 50 and German Globe Yacht 60, built between 1988 and 1996. For them third-party liability is available with 10 to 50 million euros.
Which level fits depends on the waters and the surroundings; Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium are available. From Basis-Plus club races are included, races with ranking status you declare when taking out the policy. In this way competitive use also remains governed by the contract.
No further details about the yard are available; production ended in 1996. For sailing yachts of these years we agree an agreed value and settle with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. The switching service cancels a previous policy free of charge.

How high can third-party liability be set?
The limit of indemnity ranges from 10 to 50 million euros, graded across the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium tariff levels. It forms the basis on which limited hull cover and full hull cover build.
Are races covered?
Club races are included from Basis-Plus. You declare races with ranking status when taking out the policy so that cover for those starts is clearly governed as well.
