Two motorboats are documented: the Rittmann Cruiser 600 CL from the years 1982 to 1991 and the Sea-Boat Orca 640 from 1970 to 1977. Production therefore lies several decades in the past. We accept such boats unchanged, because the year of construction, the place of purchase and previous owners are of no consequence to us.
With old boats in particular the owner often changes, and defects come to light after the purchase. Legal expenses cover for water sports applies to disputes after the purchase of a used boat or with a yard and can be added to the boat insurance. For damage to the boat itself, limited hull cover and full hull cover remain responsible.
Small series and one-off boats can be insured too. Full hull cover works with an agreed value, replaces with no deduction for depreciation (new for old) and has no age limit in the Premium tariff. The trailer is included at no extra premium, and craning, launching and winter storage are covered as well.
