With an inflatable boat a good part of the value lies in the engine and the equipment. A Nemaxx SY 330 is already under way in our own portfolio. Include the outboard, the electronics and the accessories in full in the schedule so that the sum insured reflects the actual value.
Nemaxx is listed as a manufacturer of inflatable boats and RIBs. For this class of boat it is above all protection against theft of parts that counts: full hull cover includes it together with the outboard, plus collision, grounding and vandalism. Compensation is paid at the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
The boat trailer is covered at no extra premium, and cover applies during launching and while in transit as well as in winter storage. If you lay your inflatable up in autumn and launch it again in spring, you need no additional agreement for that.
