The Stern 33 was built between 2002 and 2011 and is the only sailing yacht listed for Parnu Yachts. No further model ranges are available. Anyone who already has such a yacht insured and would like to change provider does not have to handle the cancellation themselves.
The switching service from NAMMERT cancels the old contract free of charge. The new contract is based on the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the sail area and the cruising range. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, and limited hull cover or full hull cover is added as you choose.
Under full hull cover an agreed value is set and indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts are additionally covered. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards.

How does changing provider work?
You state the data of the yacht and we take care of the rest: the switching service cancels the old contract free of charge. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online.
What needs to be considered for races with a Stern 33?
Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards. You state races with scoring status when taking out the policy so that the contract reflects them.

Stern 33 is a sailing yacht from Parnu Yachts, built from 2002 to 2011.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts: a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat, and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
