The Holiday 22/680 was built between 1973 and 1980 and is the only model range available. With a sailing boat from that period the first question is how the value is to be set. NAMMERT agrees an agreed value and pays out in full hull cover with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
In the Premium tariff this applies with no age limit, so the year of construction sets no barrier to the cover. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. In the premium, on a sailing boat the sail area and the cruising range take the place of the engine power.
Limited hull cover bears fire, storm, lightning strike, the theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Cover also applies during craning, launching and transport, and a boat trailer is included at no extra premium. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards.

Frequent questions
Is a boat more than fifty years old still accepted?
Yes. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. In the Premium tariff the deduction for depreciation (new for old) is moreover waived with no age limit for the boat.
How is the agreed value arrived at?
You declare the boat and its equipment, and we record the amount as an agreed value. This sum is the basis in the event of a claim, not a current value estimated later.
