Does a gap in cover arise when switching?
That is not meant to happen. We cancel the previous contract free of charge and match the start of our contract to it, so that the cover is continuous.
When can cover be taken out online?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you can take out cover online. If the value is above that, we carry out a case-by-case review and come back to you with a proposal.
