How the place works
Ferry routes cross the commercial shipping lane, and the bridge piers of the Great Belt and Öresund crossings with their prescribed passages are added. The current changes with the air pressure over the Baltic and can run either way.
What breaks there
The classic case is a crossing under sail ahead of a ferry running to a fixed schedule. Add manoeuvring errors in the bridge passage, where the route is prescribed and bearing away is not an option.
What this means for your policy
As everywhere with heavy traffic, the liability limit decides, not the value of the boat. Also check whether the policy restricts night passages, because on trips to Sweden the belt is often crossed in the dark.
