How the place works
In the winter half of the year the level rises fast, often within a day, and with the water come whole trees, pallets and debris from the side streams. The berths in the marinas are built for normal water, not for two metres more.
What breaks there
Boats left afloat in high water hang themselves in their lines or drift away with the pontoon when its piles are submerged. Debris hits rudders and propellers, and as the water falls boats settle on bank revetments.

Before winter, settle whether flooding and debris are covered without restriction and what the policy requires when high water is forecast. It almost always requires moving the boat in time or lifting it out.
